Zwave Network is not online

Does anyone know what this message means?
Apparently it doesn't show my zwave devices. (C5 - version 2.2.3.135)

(Behind that message, by the way, my zwave is enabled!)

P.S. For those who run into this problem Don't Panic!
I rebooted my hub.
I turned off the zwave radio (Disabled on this page)
Waited a minute or two.
I turned the Zwave Radio back on (enabled on this page)

Everything came back!

Yes, just what it says. The reason is that node 1 (the hub’s Z-Wave radio) is not on the network. I had the same moment of panic on an out-of-the-box new C-7 this week after a failed Z-Wave Radio firmware update, was able to recover by Z-Wave Radio Reset (no harm, no paired devices), shutdown, power off for 30 seconds, reboot.
