Zwave LR device would not show up on device page

On C8 pro- version 2.4.3.158

Attempted to add a zwave LR device via smartstart. It was included but then would not show up on the devices page. I attempted to exclude it, nothing happened to just added the device non LR and its now on the network and listed as a device.

Is this a ghost? how do I remove it from the zwave network? discover and refresh buttons do nothing to correct

Zipgateway or ZWave-JS ?

It appears that something may have not completed during the initial interview by Zipgateway or ZWave-JS .. It's showing as "Not Responding".. Also since there is no driver linked, it never completed the interview..

There is a rare bug in Zipgateway that can cause it to lock up during interview..
