The first step in the zwave firmware update is to find out by looking at the device page what level of firmware you have now.
The second step is to contact leviton and find out if there are any new firmware updates, and ask them to send you the update file(s).
Then you will be ready to use the built in zwave firmware update tool. There should be documentation on how to use it here on the forum.
