I have a very strange quirk the past few days, possibly longer. I have an Inovelli zwave rgbw bulb in an outdoor lamp post. Every morning this zwave bulb along with a few other Sengled zigbee bulbs are controlled by Rule Machine to turn off at sunrise -30. For at least the past few days this zwave bulb is still on after sunrise while the other zigbee bulbs are off. What makes this really strange is that when I manually attempt to turn off the bulb it is non responsive. I try sending commands for on, off, refresh... and nothing happens. Only when I send a numerical level change command does the bulb "wake up" and continue executing commands like normal.
What is it that makes this bulb repeatably unresponsive only to on/off commands in the morning? Any troubleshooting ideas that can help narrow down the problem?
