I can't do any better than @jtp10181 or @bobbyD , but I wonder if it could be a device. It works for a while and then doesn't, which seems device-y. The blank page thing is weird.
Inconvenient, yes, but I wonder if flipping breakers to de-engergize switches may help narrow things down. Rather than just disabling in the interface, which might not do the trick. I don't know what the best approach might, ie, shut down everything except the circuit with the hub (assuming there's a z-wave switch on it) and see if that works? You need a wait of a day, so inconvenient, even if only you in the house. Maybe one breaker at a time?
Have you taken a look at the Msgs column in Settings/Z-wave? Sort from high to low to see if there's a possible culprit? @bobbyD said there was some chattiness, but this would have to be extreme. My C8Pro still works fine with a pretty chatty device, eg, below:
