I cannot control any of my devices through the app. If I try to turn a zwave light on or off the tile just displays an hourglass. If I manually switch a device on or off at the switch itself, the app does track the device status change. This just started today
Do a shutdown. Then power cycle the hub. When you do this, remove power from the outlet end, not the micro USB connector.

That worked! Thanks. Oddly enough I had previously done a reboot through the app/entered the MAC etc. …. It didn’t resolve the issue. Thanks again
I spoke too soon. It let me control one light, one time then it stopped working again
