This has been happening for some time.
In alerts I see
Last cloud backup failed. Failed steps: Z-Wave. I don't know if this is current alert or old one.
If you go to your Settings|Backup and Restore it should tell you if the last cloud backup was successful or failed. If it failed attempt a manual cloud backup to clear the failed condition.
That appears to have fixed the error. It did not make a zwave backup on the 21st.
