Zwave and Zigbee offline

Just got my new hub plugged in and connected to my network. I'm getting notificates saying zwave and zigbee networks are offline.

Tried rebooting, shutting down and removing stick, restarting without stick, then shutting down and plugging stick back in as suggested in another thread but that didn't work. Also tried using the other usb port.

Kind of a bummer to start with. Really wanted to use this to migrate off ST.

Contact support@hubitat.com. Theyโ€™ll get things straightened out.

I submitted a ticket last night, wasn't sure if there would be a response on a Sunday. Just thought maybe someone might have a suggestion here. Thanks.

Does USB stick light up?

Maybe try another USB port?
