I purchased a 4 pack of ZOOZEE SA101 a while back when they were on sale and I'm beginning to understand why they were on sale. They ITTT integration leaves a lot to be desired.

Has anyone found a way integrate this directly to Hubitat?

Natively, no--most random cheap Wi-Fi devices you find won't work. However, it looks like this one might be flashable to Tasmota: ZooZee SA101 Plug Configuration for Tasmota. (I haven't done this; that's just what casual Googling suggests to me.) In that case, you could use it with a Community driver if you're willing to flash the device and run custom code.
