Zooz Zen72 hysteresis?

Hi all

So I have 4 of these LED top lights in the house

2 of em are connected to Leviton DZ6HD dimmers and work great, no issues
the other 2 were on normal analog on/off switches until this past month, when I installed Zooz Zen72's.
I'm running into this weird hysteresis issue, where if I start at 100% brightness, I can go down to 5%. But if I start at 0% and go up, the light doesn't turn on until 17%. So I'm pretty sure that 17% isnt' the minimum brightness for the light because I can get it to 5% if I start at 17% and go down, but can't get to 5% if I start at 0 and go up. This happens both operating using the dimmer paddle as well as zwave/hubitat.

Any ideas? Should I be using a Zen77 instead? I don't think its the light fixture because it works with the Levitons?

Thanks in advance

My gut feeling is that the Zen77 would perform better in that application. I have been using them with low wattage LED fixtures for the past year with very good results.

The Leviton device does not clearly indicate what technology that they use, but the on-line description suggests that they are using MOSFET dimming just like the Zen77.
