Did a firmware update on my Zen71 from 10.0 to 10.2. The update reported successful. I did a "Swap Apps Device" with a virtual then did an exclude/factory reset/include. The switch works fine locally but will not recognize double-taps. Single button presses are reported in the logs but double-taps are not. I tried soft reset but that did not solve the problem. My rule runs fine when run through the UI.
Maybe there is an advanced parameter that enabled double-taps? Everyhting works except this. I opened a support ticket at Zooz but just wondering If anyone ran into this problem before.
What driver are you using? Is parameter 9 (scene control) enabled?
In case you're not already using it, Jeff's excellent "Zooz ZEN Switch Advanced" driver will expose all the parameters and it's the best driver to use.
Novice question: I tried getting Jeff's "Zooz Zen Advanced" driver from Hubitat Manager and I can''t seem to select it. Hovering over it does not change the highlight state. It does NOT appear to be already installed.
The blue check indicates if the package is already installed.
You can also check HPM > View Apps and Drivers for the list.
If you have the package installed but maybe not all the drivers within it, you can do modify, then make sure everything is selected within that package.
