Zooz ZEN58 What Am I doing Wrong

I just purchased a few Zooz ZEN58 LV XS relays to play around with. Unfortunately I can’t get any of them to pair with my C8 Pro hub and am wonder if anyone else has had issues pair these devices?

As soon as I powered on the ZEN58 the LED started flashing green but I pushed the button 3 times as the instructions indicated. There was no change to the flash rate. I started the Z-Wave Inclusion but it timed out several times. I factory reset by pressing the button for 20 seconds but the LED just kept flashing away and there was not change when I ran the inclusion. I started the SmartStart Inclusion. After naming the device the information box sat at “Not included, pending” until I gave up.

The relay is sitting about two feet from the hub.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I'm using a Zen58 for "dry contact" input to control another device through hub rule.

Both the input and output work on the Zen58, however I wasn't able to get them to work fully independent of each other. But for my needs it is working fine. The driver still needs some work.

Make sure your hub is up to date as this is a new device.

I started z-wave inclusion and hit the button 3 times to get it added as directed in instructions.

I'm thinking it must be something in my Z-Wave settings then. Do you have yours set to Legacy Z-Wave or ZWaveJS?

my 58 paired right up on the c8 pro running the zwjs z-wave driver.

Ok, I was able to get 1 of the 3 to pair but am still having no luck with the other 2.

Also need to know if hub is running ZIP or Zwave JS gateway (you can tell from the button in Zwave Details)
