Zooz Zen51 - removal from Hubitat

I am having an issue with my Zooz Zen51 contact relay that I am using behind a switch. I want to remove it completely and start over since it locked up on my last night. The issue I am having is I can't get it removed from my device completely. The device does not show in devices but when I look in the logs Apps and devices, I see the device listed 4 times with different device ID's. How can I start with a clean slate? I have factory reset the Zen51 but can't seem to add it now.

This is the #1 reason I sold every Z-Wave device.

I also had a β€˜ghost’ that would not leave. Had to buy a Zooz z-stick, learn an esoteric program and then and only then did the ghost leave.

There are a lot of people here shaking their head because to them it is second nature, I am a retired mechanic and software is not easy for me,

Zigbee - you want to break up? Ok, see ya,

Z-Wave - you want to break up, you have to talk to my parents first and if they agree, then we are finished.

So, to answer your question, you may need something like a Z Stick to remove the ghost.

Usually if you just power cycle the device it will work fine afterwards.

The logs are not relevant, that could be old logs.

Please post screenshots of your entire Z-wave details page as detailed in this help post:

Here are a couple screen shots of my zwave details page and topology:

You have almost as many dead nodes as you do working ones. All the ones with no device listed you should try to remove. Either from failed pairing or the last one is probably the ZEN51 you force removed. That might be what is preventing you from adding devices again.

Read up to section 3 here and see if you can remove some of them: How To Remove Ghosts using hub tools or a UZB Stick

I was able to remove those dead nodes with the instructions you linked to. That looks like it fixed it.
Thanks for your help!
