I'm using my Zen30 800LR dimmer switch to turn two Hue bulbs on and off via switch binding. However, when I turn them on, they initially light up at 100%, then suddenly drop to 1%, and gradually increase in brightness over several minutes. I'm using the community driver for the Zen30. Is there some parameter I need to change?

Are they bulbs connected to the load of the dimmer or relay on the ZEN30?
Or are the bulbs always powered on via a different wiring circuit?
The bulbs are always powered on via a different wiring circuit.
Go to one of the bulbs device page, and the events tab. Get a full page screenshot showing a section where you had the issue.
Anything else below that command-setlevel from the same time period?
The switch binding app is causing the issue, it is setting a setLevel 100 duration 400 seconds.
Do you have any load at all connected to the ZEN30 dimmer?
You could just enable dimmer scene control on the ZEN30 either way, then use the Button Controller built in app to create a rule for the up and down button events to turn on and off the bulb. I feel like that would be a more simple and straightforward approach than switch bindings.

The dimmer also controls normal dimmable bulbs.
Using the button controller solved the issue. Thank you!
