I have just installed a few zen30's and before getting into using the bottom switch relay for anything I realize that the dimmer parts arent behaving right.
one of them, when I turn it on, the indicator led goes off as if its on but the light wont turn on. then when press the off button it will momentarily flash to full brightness and then turn off.
the other one, when i turn it on, it wont go very bright (even when holding down the upper paddle or double tapping it) and when I turn it off it does the same strange thing where it will turn to full brightness and then turn off.

Double check your wiring.
Set all settings to defaults using this driver, and then run configure.
Should say syncStatus: Synced in the attributes afterwards.
Did you try to double tap the up paddle to force it to full brightness?
Really sounds like a wiring issue though.
Since you double posted this (once here and once as a reply to my driver post) I have merged them together now.
