Hi Folks. C8 Pro Hub. All up to date. Bought a Zooz Zen34 controller and am trying to set it up. Poked around a bit in here, but didn't see anything pertinent.
When trying to add, Smart Start doesn't work, neither does manual. for SS, it walks me through the steps, then just lands at "not included, pending" and stays there forever. For Manual, it runs the whole 100 seconds and doesn't find anything.
Tried exclusion first, but the hub didn't seem to find anything to exclude.
Bad Switch? When I tap the top paddle 6 times to put into inclusion, it flashes blue for about 30 seconds, then flashes red, and stops. Any pearls of wisdom here?
