Zooz zen 20 died, how to exclude?

Its indecater lights light up, do not change when pushed and do not pass power.
No response to/from hub.
USB ports do put out power.
It has been working fine for quite a while.
I hope to remove it from the mesh.
Tried exclusion, no joy.
Thank you for your time.

Refresh and remove or a secondary controller. Cannot exclude a broken device.

I havent delt with the zen20, but i did setup the software and stick, and got rid of 2 ghosts!
