Zooz ZAC38 Range Extender/Repeater Error

@jtp10181 ,

I think you wrote the Advanced Device Driver for this. I have it installed via HPM and have 3 of the Zooz ZAC38's as part of my ZIP Mesh. I use them for both a range extender and indicator of power outage or issue with a key breaker.

I get this error on all 3 devices about once per day.

Thanks,

John

Any thoughts?

Could be due to a change with the scheduled jobs I made.

Make sure driver is updated to 1.0.6 version, run REPAIR in HPM if not sure.

Run Configure on each of them.

Refresh the device page and check the Scheduled Jobs tab, you should have "Once" scheduled events. The old way I was doing it was a recurring task but the new version removes that and does it this way instead.

All this does is ping an http address once a day so I can get a count of how many people/devices are using the drivers. Nothing else is tracked, just a count.

Thanks Jeff

I did the repair and looked at the Driver Code. It is the correct version.

I have attached the Scheduled Job Screenshot for one of the devices.

Does this look correct?

No that is the old type of scheduled job.
Did you run the Configure command?

Hi Jeff...

I now just used the Configure on all 3 of the devices and the Scheduled Jobs looks more like what you sent.

I'm a bit slow and did not know that "refresh the device" meant to use the Configure command.

That should get rid of the errors then, not sure why it got stuck how it was, it should have just transitioned over and fixed it by itself.
