Zooz Z32 Driver Help

Described here: How to Access Advanced Settings for My ZEN32 Scene Controller on Hubitat - Zooz Support Center

I am stuck at #6. Can someone tell me how to apply the new driver to this device?

6.) Assign the driver to the device by opening to the device view and selecting the Zooz Scene Controller (ZEN32) from the drop-down menu under Type* > User (scroll all the way down).

Click Update Device.

You will now see the additional setting display in the device view in Hubitat where you can customize the device. Please refer to this post for the button map to program the multi-tap triggers.

Once done, click Update Device again.

In my example below, I am using the system driver. By following steps 1-5, you would have created a β€œUser” driver which should show up further down in the list.

Does this help?

I think I am still missing something from the driver. The Z32 mentions I should have 25 buttons available, but I only show 5:

If for some reason the device doesn't generate 25 buttons for programming after the driver update, you may need to go back to the driver code and uncomment line 122.

If your ZEN32 Scene Controller is still having trouble giving you access to the advanced settings, please reach out to us! We'll be happy to help.

Have you tried uncommenting line 122? It will likely start with a β€œ/β€œ. Removing it will uncomment it. As soon as you save the updated driver, it will become active. You should see the result once you navigate back to the device screen.
