Does anyone know how to get the latest firmware for the zooz zen17? I've tried their system and it does not seem to show where it is. Unhappy with thesmartesthouse as I have not been able to order for more that a year. Every order is immediately cancelled.
I believe you need to contact their support desk and request it, if an update is available. That's what I had to do for the last Zooz device I wanted to upgrade.
That doesn't work anymore. They say you have to register product and then it's available. But they never answer any requests anymore. They used to, but stopped more that a year ago.
Ah, yes. Just went back to their site and it's changed quite a bit since I was there last...

I filled mine out and think it took all of 30 minutes to get an email with a link to the firmware page.
I did that. No response. Under tickets it shows a closed ticket for registration with no response. There also does not appear to be a way to find any firmware for zen17. When I got the device it was listed as beta. The driver had more capability. Now it barely works and doesn't support the sensor features.

How did you get that list? I never see that, but when I typed in the name of the zip\ it downloaded.

Thanks for your help. I can't get it myself. I am logged in, but whenever I support a ticket, even to register, it is immediately closed with no response. Zooz is pretty frustrating I haven't received an answer from them for more than a year.
Not my experience with Zooz. A few weeks ago I asked a question regarding a device I was considering. Received a reply the next day.
I email them all the time when I have questions trying to build my drivers, I usually get something within a day or so. You do not need to open a support ticket to get to the firmware page, you just need to register a device.
When I did the registration of my zen17, it showed up as a closed support ticket with no response. I must be on some sort of blacklist. I can't buy anything from thesmartesthouse either and neither return phone calls.
Well someone tagged Agnes from Zooz up above, she is not super active on here but does usually reply eventually.
All of the firmware files are available for download once the product is registered. That wouldn't affect any Hubitat driver functionality unfortunately (that part is set on the Hubitat side).
If a ticket shows as closed automatically, our system must not be receiving it as we reply to all inquiries within 24 hours. @dmunn I saw you also sent me a message so I'll just forward the file to you directly, I hope that helps!
