Zooz Double Plug App Z-wave Disconnect

I noticed that since a couple of weeks one of my Zooz Double Plug does not work with my app's rules. When looking at the event of the switch, they are all from +6 weeks.

However, the physical button allows to turn on/off the switch.

My question has two folds

1. Is there a way to reconnect the Z-wave to Hubitat without forcing a disconnect and reconnect? (I would like to keep the Z-wave connection ID since I use the API that has logic related that specific item)
2. Why does this happen?

What Hub and firmware version do you have? The C7 hub at the latest firmware version has some more advanced Z-Wave options under the Z-Wave details which might help:
