I just want to say that the Zooz 700 Series Z-Wave Plus Tilt built in drivers work excellent. This is a good alternative to the MYQ debacle.
I had to find a reliable solution to automate garage door related stuff. For example I had to automate an AC unit in the Garage. Turning it off when the door opens and back on when the door closes. I have found that the Zooz 700 Series Z-Wave Plus Tilt did the trick perfectly. It has a Z-wave 700 radio and I installed it without security.
