Zooz 4-in-1 sensor battery issue

My sensor was down to 12% and activated hsm last night for no reason so I figured I would change the battery from it's original panasonic CR123A lithium to a new Energizer CR123. New battery registered at 1% and didn't update. Put the old one back in and no change, 1%. Rebooted hub, no luck. Suggestions?

My guess is that it will update next time it sends a report. I'm not sure what the interval is on this device, but on some it might take up to a day. If you want to force one in the meantime, running the "Refresh" command on the device when it's awake (press the pinhole button on the bottom once and it should stay awake for a few seconds) may do the trick.

No luck on the refresh. It's operating properly but battery is displaying incorrectly. Will wait as suggested. Will report back. Thank you.

I just replaced the battery in one of mine recently. Took it about a day before the battery percent updated.
