I have 2 garage doors - both outfitted with zooz 17 relays that work great-EXCEPT! 1 of them sometimes does not work. I noticed that it does this weird thing where the light flashes and it makes a clicking noise- very strange. I have a video if needed, I unplugged and rewired the power- no change.
I left the house, and when I came back, it worked....Ive been noticing that the relay will work sometimes, but then it seems to randomly not work...
well - should i just buy a new relay?
I would recommend reaching out to Zooz support before buying a new one.
Does it do it closing, opening or both? If it is just closing that seems like the GDO thinks there is an obstruciton.
