Hello,

If I have a Zigbee plug (paired and working,) and I disable it in the devices page, does it still act as a repeater in the network?

Is the answer the same for Z-Wave?

Yes and yes.

Disabling a device has no bearing on radio communication. Disabling only prevents it from being used in a Hubitat app.
