having an issue of it showing "sync status 1 Pending Change"
it suggest to "force the device to wake up immediately by removing the batteries, waiting 10 seconds," I tried that it came back with the same message
hub is C8 Platform Version 2.4.0.151
I also hit the Zigbee "rebuild network" button and same result
any suggestions that can help, Thank you
What is the driver 'type' - is this the HE inbuilt Generic Temperature and Humidity driver?
This is a sleepy Tuya device and the warnings in the live logs are correct - you can't refresh the T/H readings immediately, these will be requested next time the device wakes up.
Hoever, I don't see any temperature or humidity readings... Probably the device has fallen off the Zigbee network? Pair it once again with this driver already assigned, without deleting it.

I reset the device and reconnected it without removing it from HE
the device is originally listed as a Tuya Smart WiFi Zigbee Temperature And Humidity Sensor
The logs do not show anything received from the device…
Does it work with the dedicated Tuya driver?
Enable the Debug logs.
Remove the battery for 10 seconds and insert it again.
Anything in the live logs following the battery insertion?
