Sounds like you need to factory reset the switch.
I did it by pressing the wifi button and the power button for 10 sec but nothing change.
The hub is install at 5 feets for the switch.
And you're sure you have the zigbee version and not the wifi version right?

The Hubitat Hub is on the 2.4Ghz and channel 6.

What zigbee channel is the hub using? Wifi Channel 6 overlaps with zigbee channels 16-19. If your router uses 40 MHz wide Wifi channels, then it will also interfere with zigbee channels 15 and 20.

Hubitat finally found the issue, they ask me to install the version 2.3.1 and now everything works well.
