Zigbee Problems on new C-8 Pro

[SOLVED] I am so much regretting upgrading to C-8 pro when my old unit was working fine. Migration took like 4 attempts until it worked etc. No surprise that a few devices are not working. I have several INNR zigbee outlet modules. With the old hub they paired fine even from far away - no issues. With the new C-8 Pro, they show up after migration but no commands work. I tried pairing/factory reset and hubitat does not find them even though they are now like 4 feet from the hubitat hub. It's not a bad INNR unit, they are all doing it. Even removed the old device showing up in Hubitat and tried repairing - no dice. Hub is on latest firmware. I have to admit, I am running out of patience and things to try. It makes no sense.

Have you tried performing an orderly Hubitat hub shutdown, then removing power from the hub for about 30s before powering it back up? That allows both the Zigbee and Z-Wave radios to complete a true restart cycle. This helps sometimes to get things back to working order. I have had to do this once or twice when the hub refused to pair a device.

Depending on your INNR model this firmware update might help:

I have not. I'll give that a try though, thanks. If that doesn't work, I'll go with the suggestion on trying to update the INNR firmware (though they were rock solid on the old hubitat hub).

The C7 and older hubs used different Zigbee radio chips versus the Zigbee 3.0 compatible radio found in the C8 and C8 Pro hubs.

I have numerous 224s (no power reporting capability) and 234s (power reporting) plugs on my C8Pro -- they are all rockstars in terms of reliability and being great repeaters -- I love them.

The latest available firmware on Hubitat should work great -- in particular, that update was clutch to getting my 234s working reliably.

ETA -- I have no experience with the newer model (244, iirc?)
