Zigbee power monitoring plug in UK

Hi all
I'm looking for a zigbee plug that can issue a trigger on power usage. Problem is that all I've seen are either z-wave or not available in the UK.
Any suggestions?
I currently have some Ikea Tradfri (acting as repeaters) but they don't monitor power and kasa ones that do monitor power but I can't see a way of using them to trigger hubitat (can't see how through ifttt).

Mine are all ST 2019. Right now on amazon £20 each it's the cheapest they have ever been.
