Hi, i tries changing the drivers to generic and some other drivers, but the outlet cannot be controlled. Device pairing is ok with he hub, anyone could advise this please
Which of the Tuya drivers did you try?
Remember that after manually changing the driver, some Tuya devices require that you pair the device again to the hub, simply changing the drivers will not work.

I still cannot get the right driver for this Tuya device, tried both drivers with re-pairing as recommended , it paired, but the plug not responding to on and off from HE, please advise
When you delete the device ('REMOVE DEVICE' red button at the bottom of the web page) and pair it again as a new one, which driver is automatically selected?
Must be Muxa's driver Ver. 0.5.2 (2023-06-10) or newer version.
I see on your screenshot that a State variable shows that everything that was received from this device was 1 (one) message... This could be a bad sign of incompatibility between HE and this particular device, that will not stay connected. But first try again completely removing it and pairing it again as a new device. Make sure you are on the latest Muxa's driver version.
If Muxa’s driver is not automatically picked up during the pairing, this means that the device fingerprint is wrong in the driver.
Which is the Muxa’s driver version?
