Zigbee offline

Anyone know how to bring the zigbee radio back online. Reboot did not help.

Settings -> Zigbee details. Should look like this:

(You may have to disable, then enable the zigbee radio).

I have done that several times. Still not working.

I had that happen once. For me it was resolved by shutting down the hub (via Settings menu), unplugging the power for 30 seconds, then plugging power back in and letting it boot up.
