Zigbee offline, cant get it back online

I cant get it back online.

Tried rebooting hub, removing zigbee stick. Turning hub off (via shutdown).

Thoughts?

Contact support and also try disable and re-enable Zigbee in Zigbee info page.

Just to be sure. Check to see if any Zigbee device is working and not just the false Zigbee offline message.

Yeah, nothing is working. I do have the message, but this time the message is correct.

I guess that's above my knowledge. Hope you will get it back soon.

Restore a backup dB?

There was a time I would have tried joking β€œit’s only zigbee, who needs it” back when my zigbee inventory was zero. But now I have 4motion sensors and I can say i’m Sympathetic today :smile:

It seems to have come back up. I've no idea why.

Maybe multiple reboots (safe reboots) are required?

Probably was restoring a backup dB on its own, takes some time apparently

I am fairly sure my hub did this once. It is as acting super funny after a few reboots it settled out. I then started noticing code I had updated was outdated again. Thought I was going crazy. I came to the conclusion the hub eventually decided a backup was better than moving forward with whatever corruption was present.

If you added stuff, it would be missing them if the dB was from a day or more ago
