Zigbee Offline - Any way to trouble shoot

Ouch - I Just added a zigbee plug, and since then my Zigbee network is offline. ( I obviously remove the plug just in case)

I looked on the Forum - I tried a few things, like

  • Reboot the HE
  • Restore HE db + reboot
  • Shutdown HE - Wait 1 minutes and restart.

I can see Zigbee starts, then goes offline.

Is there any log I can look at to troubleshoot the problem ?


Ouch, mind sharing what that plug was (make and model)? Also, please send me a private message. I would like to check your hub's engineering logs to see what happened. There isn't much you can do to troubleshoot this issue.
