Can anybody help please, Some of my zigbee devices have stopped working, its mainly 5 bulbs, zigbee relay but 2 bulbs work fine, and 6 motion sensors but 1 works, 4 contact sensors doesn't but 3 do, all 12 power outlet working but 1 doesn't so I have unplugged the one that doesn't, my zigbee curtain motors works fine, I have had this setup for about 3 years, I have had few issue but nothing like this, I have rebooted c-5 hub, I have turn zigbee off for 30 minutes but it still the same, as anybody got any ideas what I can do please.
It almost sounds like you have a device being used as a repeater that is not working. Does the C5 hub allow you to see your zigbee neighbors? On he C7 you can use this link:

If so you might check and see if the neighbors list shows any anomalies that might point to a dead zigbee device formerly acting as a repeater.
I have unplugged 1 outlet what my christmas was in but that was a few days ago and it all worked then but I try plugging it back in. Thank you.

@timpearson01 This really sounds like a weak mesh issue.
I always remove a device from HE before just unplugging it. Mains powered devices function as zigbee repeaters and just removing them may cause the kinds of issues you're seeing.
Is there an aesthetic or WAF issue with just leaving the plug in year-round?
Nope. Actually if it is being used as a repeater it will help your network.
