I had a zigbee GE wall switch that wouldn't pair. I saw suggestions that changing the channel to 25 would help. It did, it paired immediately after the channel change. Of course as expected none of the other devices worked. Then the new switch I paired stop working.
I then followed suggestions in the forum that channel 20 would be better for most devices, so I switched. It's been over 20 hours since the second channel change and still nothing in zigbee works.
I've seen the suggestions for re-inclusion to solve this problem, but this really should not be the case. I don't think I'm fully buying into that and it didn't work on the ST outlet I tried it on. The switch I paired on the newly selected channel 25 stopped working on channel 25 almost immediately, thus prompting the second channel change.
UPDATE:
I did get a couple of the devices to pair up again, so the reset is working for some.
Now I can't figure out why the GE switch won't reset for pairing, 10 clicks isn't working now. I'm not fond of these Jasco Switches. The cause of all this pain, and still doesn't work.
UPDATE AGAIN:
Ok, airgapping and long press is the way to go on my model apparently. Oddly I've used the 10 click method previously for pairing.
I think I'm all set on zigbee again.
