Hello,
I’m new to Hubitat, coming over from an older SmartThings hub. I was able to get all my z-wave devices (which is only 5 Leviton wall switches) working perfectly. It is much faster than my old SmartThings hub and fairly easy to use.
However, I can not for the life of me figure out how to pair any zigbee devices. I have 2 motion sensor (one is SmartThings and one is ThirdReality) neither will pair and I noticed in the RH corner it says zigbee network is offline.
I’ve tried disabling and enabling, rebooting, installing latest update and powering down for ~30 min and still is says offline within about 3 minutes of powering up. Am I missing something?

I assume you mean Zigbee.
Sounds like you have missed one action...
- Shut down
- Pull power from hub
- Wait 30s
- Restore power to hub
Just shutting down is not the same as pulling the power from the hub after shut down - pulling power clears the Z-Wave and Zigbee radios, and can help w/radio issues.
Sorry I missed that in my original post. I did unplug the power and Ethernet cable for about 30 minutes after shutting down.

How about looking at the Logs for clues?
Another zigbee radio in the house interfering?
hmmm. Are you on the latest platform? If so I would go to support.hubitat.com then click on warranty. They're very good on getting them switched out.
