ZigBee network is offline

My C5 Hubitat is showing alert "ZigBee network is offline". Soft reset, zigbee reset did not help. Changing channel option is not working. It stayed channel 11 all the time. I changed the wi-fi channel, that did not help. Now, could anyone please suggest on how to determine whether it has either hardware or software issue? I think Hubitat support will not be available for this old unit. Thank you

Try power-cycling it.

Many thanks aaiyar. I did, I kept unpowered for a day. No improvement. I have another C7 in the home. But using channel 20. There should no by any issue. Any other suggestion? Thank you

I’m afraid not. Sounds like a hardware failure. Do you have a Hub Protect subscription?
