In tried asking the manufacturer and they just said to configure with any zigbee hub .

I posted it already in help group and some body said to use zemismart driver , even that didn’t help , could someone please help me .

I see there was already a post for this, did you check?

To install the custom driver, use HPM or add the code to drivers code. Then on the device info page, you change the "Type", which is the driver, to use the custom driver. Then press configure on the commands page.

What exactly is not working?

@sureeshome I merged your duplicate posts, creating a duplicate for the same issue only creates confusion.

I will look at these errors tomorrow, probably the reason is because this is a new, unknown device and some initialization steps are missed. I suppose you have installed this custom driver after the motor was already paired as a generic type ‘Device’ ?

Have you tried clicking on the Preferences tab ‘Save’ button?

Also, if you open/close the motor from its remote, do the HE device attributes change?

Thank you for the screenshots.

I suppose you have installed this custom driver after the motor was already paired as a generic type ‘Device’ ? -- Yes i did it after motor was already paired as a generic device

Have you tried clicking on the Preferences tab ‘Save’ button? - Thank you !!!! I just did this step and tried again and magically its working , But there is an issue with remote given by the manufacturer after i paired this with hubitat, Usually on the remote when i press down arrow , the blinds roll down and when i press up arrow the blids roll up . Strangely after this hubitat pairing , that pattern reversed on the remote , what could be the problem ???

Also, if you open/close the motor from its remote, do the HE device attributes change? Yes attributes are chaging when i operate with the motor's remote
