ZigBee Map 3.0.1 only finds repeaters

Just noticed build 3.0.1 doesn't find any devices, only repeaters.
Running latest beta on a C8 Pro

latest beta

I think it's an issue with the beta, possibly related to https://community.hubitat.com/t/2-4-3-154-events-logs-tabs-are-empty-for-all-devices-c-8-pro/158715/

I tried to think any mention of ZB fiddling but it's mostly ZW JS these last few builds. I rolled back; I wanted Events for other issues.
