I have learned in the zigbee locks but can't get them to learn into the google hub
I think your are trying to get your Zigbee lock to show up in Google home so that you can use Google to lock/unlock it. As far as I know, you can't because Google doesn't support locks. At least they didn't when I set mine up. I had to use virtual switches and routines on Google to lock/unlock my door.
I set up a switch in Hubitat, when turned on, will lock the door and another switch to unlock the door.
Then I set up a couple routines that will turn on the correct switch when I say "lock the door" or "unlock the door". (I actually use a different phrase for unlocking the door so someone can't yell through the door and break in.)

You'll need to use the Google Home Community integration for door locks. The set up is a bit of a chore but it supports a good deal more device types, locks being one of them.
