added a Zigbee Smart Switch(link to device below) twice and after rebooting the hub the device is no longer in the device list

They paired fine? And you named it and everything? Logs?
Paired no problem both times, renamed it, have another one connected for months no issues, this one has disappeared twice after reboot of He hub
I guess I am not sure what to tell you, that is very unusual, I am not sure how that could even happen. So if you add it, and don't reboot, it stays on the hub and functions fine? Do logs show anything?
It almost sounds like a defective device...
I guess I would put in a support ticket by using the support link at the top of this page and see if they have any idea what could be going on.
After adding the zigbee device several times it finally stayed visible in devices after reboot
