Zigbee and Zwave offline

Converting from Smartthings to the C-8. I have a combination of about 20 kasa devices, 40 zigbee, and 5 zwave. Paired everything the other day. Devices were working sporadically. When is add a new zigbee bulb, some of the others wouldn’t work. I was worried about the end use device limit, so I removed everything, added 4 repeating devices, and added the bulbs again. They were still working intermittently at best. Some of the bulbs wouldn’t pair. Others would pair but not respond after. Some would work for a while and then stop.

I now have a notification that the zigbee network is offline. Tried rebooting it to no avail. My Zwave devices don’t seem to be working either, but no notification on those.
