Zigbee 45856 switches stopped working manually

I'm in the switch installing phase right now. I ran across this and thought I'd post in case someone has this happen.

I installed 3rd switch in master bed/bath last night (Channel 20), each with a paddle color change kit. This morning, the 45856s ran fine on program but were failing intermittently when manually switched. The failure was happening in either on or off. I knew the two previously installed had been working without any sort of problem. At first, I thought the color change paddles were the culprit, so I changed them back to the OEM paddle. No joy. I finally removed the last installed switch from the network and the other two went back to working manually. I reinstalled the third switch and all seem to be working properly now.
