Trying to stay as much with Zigbee rather than Z-Wave, and I'd like to control our kitchen overhead led light which is dimmable. It's also a 3-way switch.
Any current, 2021 suggestions?

you can try the GE Enbrighten Zigbee Smart Light dimmer and their add-on/AUX switch as a 3 ways. Just a side note. You will need neutral for this to work.
I decided to try the Sinope Tech dimmer which doesn't need the extra dumb smart switch on my 3-way hookup. I found this to be the case with Z-Wave Inovelli 3-way switches.
