ZEN25 and C5 to C7 Migration

Hey everyone,
last week I performed a migration of my devices from a C5 to a C7 hub using the protection service. almost everything went pretty well, but my mesh has gone to hell in a hand basket...
Hubitat support is blaming Zooz because I have 5 of these ZEN25 double plugs, and Zooz support is saying I have everything configured properly for them to work. (all on v2 firmware, power reporting disabled/every 24 hours, none for security)

Since Hubitat support pretty much said hit the community we can't help you.... does anyone have any other ideas here?
These things worked perfectly fine on my C5 hub.... I'd rather not throw them out. and as far as I can tell, they don't actually have an issue responding to command. but a mess of other devices are really struggling, automations are not actually working, Echo devices will report a device did what was commanded, when in fact the device didn't do anything.

I'm at a loss.... open to any other thoughts.

@bobbyD or @agnes.zooz perhaps you have thoughts...

Oh gosh I have the same problem @tjquinn

I literally include and exclude like hundreds of time now. I have 4 of these zen25. I regret upgrading from C5 to C7. Did you find any solutin?

Seems like this problem also occurs with zooz 4in 1 . Guess what I have both zooz 4in1 and zen 25. Every time I included any of these devices, the mesh crashed right away. Hope someone has a solution soon.

I am not sure there is a fix for this problem with the C7. Lots of reports on here regarding these issues. This may be another of the 700 series SDK problems that can't be resolved by either Hubitat or Zooz until it gets fixed by Silabs. That is a guess though, I am not sure of the true nature of the problem.

If you still have the C5, why not use these problematic devices with that and use hubmesh to import them to the C7.

That is what I figured after reading tons of topics here. It is kinda sad. I was so excited to get the C7 with the hope that my Z wave mesh would be more solid. I have a ranch style house. The first floor is quite long and Z wave is a hit or miss sometimes at both ends. The basement also does not get good mesh sometimes. I got C7 with the hope to use C7 for the first floor and C5 for the basement. With all this problem, I might have to use C5 for upstair and C7 for basement.
One thing that I hope Hubitat would do is to make it clear that this problem cannot be solved currently so people can move on and wait rather than combing through the ocean of topics hoping for an answer. I literally spent close to 6 hours a day for the past week or so.
