The new Hubitat Elevation shows the Zen14 under devices but doesn't break out each individual plug so you need to turn both on or off with no individual control.
Am I missing something?
Do you have the parent and the child devices in a room?
I have each child device on mine in a different room and they show up in devices under the room I set them to.
Also, what driver are you using? I am using mine obviously 
but I think I use the same child driver as the system one so hey should both work the same.
