There have been many reports of issues during inclusion of specific devices onto the C-7 platform. Engineering at Hubitat have been hard at work on the fix since the first report. If you aren't in a hurry to move things over, might want to wait for the FW update, and focus on Zigbee devices in the short-term. Same dance as @lewis.heidrick notes for Zigbee, exclude on ST and then join on HE.
