Z-Wave series version

Is there currently any table in HE7 that indicates what Z-Wave version a device is, such as 300, 500, 700, etc.?

Not as far as I'm aware. You'd likely have to do some digging on the manufacturer's website.

Is there a specific device you have that your concerned about?

As above, no, though besides the manufacturer, you can also check the Z-Wave conformance doc at products.z-wavealliance.org. It's not always clear what generation it is, but looking at the "Z-Wave Hardware Platform" and seeing what generation that corresponds to is probably the best way that should work for any device.

Something you can do on the hub is see if you see 0x5E listed for "clusters" (really command classes for Z-Wave) in the "Data" section of the "Device Details" section on the device detail page. This is the Z-Wave Plus Info class so will only appear for 500-series (the first generation of Z-Wave Plus) devices and newer -- but that's about all the granularity you can get from the hub, as far as I can think of.
