Z-wave repair issue

I have a device that reports several "requesting device associations" however, it does not report "repair is done." this after reboot of the hub and the 2nd repair attempt.

What device is Office Desk? Did you tried to make it active before the repair? I notice the same behavior on some of my devices, then I make them active and the repair did correctly.

It is a Leviton dimmer module model DZPD3-2BW. It is the closest AC powered z-wave device to my hub. It originally joined in secure mode and I excluded it and re-included it after updating to 1.1.7.

While it appeared hung, I did a refresh and could remotely turn it on and off.

I ended up physically unplugging it and plugging it back in. It then completed the repair. At least it wasn't a hard-wired device :slight_smile:
