Z-Wave Repair/Backup HE7 before Platform Update 2.3.5.101

I have several nodes (12 of total 26) that cannot be repaired.
1st question, 2 part: Do I continue to attempt repair? What other methods can I do to repair?
2nd question: Should I backup even though repair isn't viable?

Summary: Local power went down for 2 minutes, couldn't shut down, PC, Hub Z-Wave etc. in time.
Z-Wave network was working fine until the unannounced power interruption.

3rd question: Should I run platform update if I don't have a completed repair on the devices?

Why cant you repair? Is there no repair button? That usually means it is a battery device.

You may just need to wait a little bit for the devices to sort the mesh out again.

A backup and/or platform update should be able to be done at any time, does not matter what state the zwave devices are in.

I suspect if you just give it some time it will sort itself out again. Unless devices actually got fried due to a power surge.
